In roles of owner, general partner, and owner’s representative, Dan has managed several of the largest projects in Southern California, leading a team of professionals and consultants to create billion-dollar projects; Central City West, 2000 Avenue of the Stars, The Beverly Hilton and Bakersfield Commons. Skilled in managing teams of attorneys, architects, engineers, contractors and consultants to strategize and implement comprehensive plans to realize the highest and best use of strategic properties.

With extensive experience in successful negotiations with governmental agencies and community stakeholders to enhance property entitlements to provide quality projects and economic growth, Mr. Niemann has successfully executed dozens of projects, millions of square feet of buildings and billions of dollars of construction from high rise office, residential and hotel towers to affordable housing, historical adaptive re-use and public-private ventures.
