White Knight Capital Advisors
Cofounders Tim Niemann, of St. Louis, and Joshua Dinnerman, of San Diego, are currently managing over $8 billion in deals which have taken them from Las Vegas to Bali, Indonesia and a few countries and continents in between.
After thirty-one years with Edward Jones, Tim Niemann wanted to do something not only different but also something "really special".
White Knight Capital Advisors, also known as wk.capital was founded by Tim Niemann and serial entrepreneur Joshua Dinnerman. Joshua Dinnerman has been focusing on hospitality, golf, real estate and gaming for decades with a focus on Asia, specifically Japan. COVID "grounded" Joshua for nearly three years – as Japan was early to close and late to open. Joshua and Tim were able to travel to Japan in November 2022 but that was Joshua’s first visit there in nearly three years.
Those three years afforded Joshua a rare opportunity to spend time in the United States and he also started thinking about doing something "special over the next fifteen to twenty years". When Joshua and Tim met in Palm Springs in January 2022, they decided to team up to do "something special together". Tim’s experience lent itself to him handling the investment side of the house while Joshua’s connections throughout the world lent itself to him finding opportunities and deal-flow throughout the world.
Wk.capital will also be offering private equities in companies which are focused on making the world a better place. Right now, they are focused on a craft soda company Gunna Drinks from the United Kingdom – Gunna drinks is focused on a healthier option to traditional big brands and sustainability in an industry that has long been polluting our rivers, streams and oceans with plastics that can be replaced with aluminum.
Niemann and Dinnerman share a common goal and as they put it; "We plan on sticking to a disciplined approach to offer investors access to opportunities to get solid returns while being solid citizens".
